2. Brokerage services

EnergyCheck24 brokers electricity and gas supply contracts for private and business customers. EnergyCheck24 is not an energy supplier and does not itself supply electricity or gas. We help customers identify suitable offers and broker supply contracts between customers and energy suppliers.

The supply contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and the selected energy supplier. EnergyCheck24 is not a party to that supply contract and does not itself provide energy. The respective supplier is responsible for supply, billing, contract prices and terms, and performance of its obligations under the supply contract. EnergyCheck24 has no direct control over the supplier’s actual performance. EnergyCheck24 remains responsible for its own brokerage services and its own statutory duties. Any liability for EnergyCheck24’s own conduct remains governed by applicable law; responsibility for breaches by the supplier under its supply contract is determined by applicable law and the relevant contractual relationship.

EnergyCheck24 may receive remuneration from the relevant energy supplier for successfully brokered contracts. Brokerage is free of charge to customers unless separate remuneration is expressly agreed.

3. Editorial responsibility

Where journalistic or editorial content within the meaning of Section 18(2) of the German State Media Treaty (MStV) is published, the responsible person is Mustafa Aydin, Dillingenstraße 26, 89134 Blaustein, Germany.

4. Consumer dispute resolution

EnergyCheck24 is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by law.

5. Liability for website content

EnergyCheck24 is responsible for its own website content under applicable law. Content is prepared and reviewed with due care. No guarantee is given that all information will always be accurate, complete or up to date. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

6. External links and copyright

External websites are operated by their respective providers; EnergyCheck24 has no direct control over their content. If we become aware of a specific infringement, we will review the relevant link and remove it where legally required. Content created by EnergyCheck24 is protected by German copyright law. Third-party rights remain unaffected.

7. Energy prices and offers

Prices, tariff information and potential savings are for general information and preparation of a brokerage request. Actual terms may depend on the delivery location, consumption, start date, supplier and tariff conditions. The supplier’s contract documents provided before conclusion of the contract are authoritative. Potential savings are not guaranteed unless a specific amount and its conditions are expressly stated.
