Proceed only with your instruction: We submit an application only after you choose a specific offer and expressly instruct us. The supply contract is between you and the selected supplier.

We act as an intermediary, not an energy supplier. The selected supplier is responsible for delivery, billing and the terms of its contract. A supplier change does not itself interrupt supply; applicable legal arrangements continue to apply.

How long does a supplier change take?

It generally takes several weeks, depending on cancellation periods and the new supplier’s start date. We will explain the steps relevant to your request; no fixed processing time is promised.

Will my electricity supply remain secure?

The supply remains subject to the applicable statutory arrangements during a supplier change. The supplier that bills you may change, but a change of supplier does not itself interrupt the electricity supply.

Can I choose green electricity?

Where available, we can include tariffs with certified origin in the review if you request this.

What does the comparison cost?

The review, comparison and intermediary service are free for customers unless a separate fee is expressly agreed in advance.

Any savings depend on your current contract, the information provided and the offer available. No particular saving or tariff result is guaranteed.
