Support for different business needs

A structured process

1. We collect your consumption data, invoices and existing contract information for the sites concerned.
2. We review the cost structure, contract deadlines and the procurement objectives you specify.
3. Where suitable, we research offers and compare them on the same basis.
4. We explain the available options and calculations; your business makes the selection.
5. Only after you select a specific offer and expressly instruct us do we forward the application to the chosen supplier as intermediary. The supplier confirms the contract and is responsible for supply, billing and its contractual obligations.

Our intermediary role

EnergyCheck24 does not itself supply energy. The supply contract is made between your business and the supplier you choose. An enquiry, comparison or indicative assessment does not guarantee an offer, contract acceptance, a particular price or savings. Final terms are those confirmed by the supplier in the contract documents.

We may receive remuneration from a supplier for successfully arranged contracts. Any applicable remuneration information is provided as required before you make a decision. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the initial review is free of charge.
