How we support you

2. We assess the information and research potentially suitable offers.
3. We explain the available options, prices and conditions; you decide whether any offer is right for you.
4. If you choose a specific offer and expressly instruct us, we forward the application to the selected supplier as intermediary.
5. The supplier confirms the contract and is responsible for energy supply, billing and the agreed terms.

Our role as an intermediary
